Individual Coaching Sessions

I will work with individual clients through instructive critique with optional lessons and exercises. Most clients learn the lessons they need through constructive teaching critique. Some of the techniques/strategies offered are:

INSTRUCTIVE CRITIQUE
My Song Coaching Services specialize in teaching through proactive instructive critiques. A hands-on approach will shorten a client's learning curve to a professional level of songwriting skills and intuition. Instructive critique encourages the songwriter's natural strengths while helping to spot weak areas quickly and fix them in the best possible way. I offer coaching services in all genres, including Pop, Rock, Country, R&B, Folk, Christian, and Alternative songwriters. The emphasis can be on commercial publishing or artist development.

PUBLISHERS/RECORD PRODUCERS
I can provide the contact names, addresses, and advice on submission policies of Music Publishers, Record Companies, Record Producers, Managers & Agents, and Commercial Music Firms, specific to you individual style/genre of music.

PREPARATION FOR SESSION
You can Email or Fax lyrics and/or musical scores to me, preferably at least 24 hours before the session. You can play the song live or taped over the phone and I will record it. Piano, Guitar, or Accapella work tapes are also fine, and you can sing live over the phone.

FEES

• Fee schedule is $65.00/hour (USD) or $40.00/half hour (USD). These fees apply to any of the above services - and will be applied to actual session/evaluation time.
• Payments can be made using MC, VISA, AMEX, Paypal or Pre-Paid Money Orders.
• Pay as you go, or in advance.
• Any/All phone & fax charges to be paid by the client.
• All work is guaranteed as agreed upon at time of scheduling.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of appointment time with rescheduling, there is NO CHARGE
• Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of appointment time, without rescheduling, there is NO CHARGE
• Cancellations in less than 48 hours in advance of appointment time, with rescheduling, a rescheduling fee of $10.00 (USD) will be charged
• Cancellations in less than 48 hours in advance of appointment time, without rescheduling, a cancellation fee of $25.00 (USD) will be charged
• Cancellations in less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time, a cancellation fee of $40.00 (USD) will be charged
